This project comprises the development of a brownfield site north of Belfast city which was formerly occupied by a large Industrial Training College. The scheme delivers 102 new homes (mix of Social and Affordable housing) including a range of dwelling types, quality landscaping and children’s play areas. Extensive demolition and remedial works were required to be carried out on the site to deal with a range of contamination issues arising from the former use.
