A new District Command Police Headquarters comprising 11500m2 of office and operational/custodial accommodation, incorporating a 300 space multi-storey car-park and storage building in Belfast city centre. Accessed from a new Public Piazza, this Police Station encourages a more accessible public interface. The main facades are clad in reconstituted stone with small punctured window openings, arranged on a backdrop of red clay brickwork with a glazed tower to the corner. The main public entrance forms the focus to future Piazza. The building meets all of the necessary security requirements and reflects a more modern and forward looking face to Policing.
