This Project provides new state of the art facilities for Dublin City Council on a 10 acre site in Ballymun. The scheme comprises c. 5,000 sqm office accommodation and c. 5,000 sqm of Stores and Workshops along with a multi-storey carpark, Salt Barn, fleet vehicle parking and marshalling areas, Waste Management facility and a Civic Amenity Site for domestic waste recycling. The new facility is designed to achieve NZEB rating and the project is being developed to BIM Level 2 under PAS 1192.
