Prior’s Gate is a mixed use development comprising 198 Apartments with ground floor commercial units, retail and restaurant all contained within 3 separate blocks ranging in height from 4 to 6 storey’s. The building is designed around a rotund courtyard and has a strong stepping façade onto the more public Greenhill’s Road and the N81. A replacement pedestrian bridge over the N81 was provided as part of the development.
